<aside> 📆 Work schedule You decide when to work with the only exception that we ask everyone to be online and working 8am - 11am New York Time (EST) so that we can all communicate.
Gym membership. We will add up to $100 per month to compensate for your gym membership or any other sport activity.
Intelogos Merch. We will also send you some Intelogos branded merch which, among other things, includes hoodies and coffee mugs.
Learning. We will add up to $100/month to be spent on online courses or other learning resources that will help you improve your craft!

We have a strong preference for deep work over shallow. Our workspaces are organized to eliminate distractions and we try to schedule blocks of time to dive deep into challenges we solve to produce the best outcomes.
